Oxford Innovation Space creates innovation centres, designed for ambitious start-ups and entrepreneurs. The Merseyway Innovation Centre is found in the heart of Stockport, where people come together to work and collaborate.
With multiple people and businesses using the centre and its spaces and facilities, effective internal signage is vital, and formed the focus of our brief.
isGroup has been at the cutting edge of signage design and manufacturing for more than 40 years. Our relentless drive to push the boundaries of signage design and create a sustainable wayfinding solution led us to develop our unique, customisable wayfinding system, WAY2GO.
During this project, we put together a comprehensive package of internal wayfinding signage using our WAY2GO range of internal signage. We created and installed; interchangeable door signs, wall signs, hanging signs and directory boards. These WAY2GO signs included interchangeable elements so that information can be updated as and when required.
Working with both the centre designer and the client ensured that we could provide optimum service across design, operational requirements, and installation.
The signage for this project was adapted to complement the environment and branding and the interchangeable panels are simple and cost effective to update or replace.
