Spring Wharf is a new high-specification residential apartment development by RGB in Bath City Centre. The appointed designers on the project FRA contacted isGroup for assistance with the development and manufacture of the concept designs to ensure a quality end product.
The majority of the signage was manufactured from 12 mm FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified birch plywood cut to size, UV printed with a top coat of clear lacquer as a protective layer. isGroup prepared various samples for sign-off to ensure consistency of Pantone colour through the varying processes of paint, print and material.
The contract involved:
• lift directories
• door signs
• floor identifiers
• fire action notices
• disclaimer signs
• vinyl apartment numerals
• entrance and intercom signs with engraved infilled logo and text
In addition, isGroup manufactured one external totem with feature FSC Cumaru hardwood timber edging. The sign was manufactured with an internal steel framework clad with v grooved aluminium painted panels incorporating laser-cut text and graphics.
The end product enhanced the visual appeal of the internal wayfinding.
