isGroup were approached by Savills on behalf of their client Van-Line to manufacture and install signage for the high-specification industrial unit that formed part of the newly built Towngate Link development, in Leeds.
Van-Line Ltd a key supply partner to the repair and maintenance industry will be using the newly built space for its brand Workshop Warehouse operation. isGroup were tasked with providing expert guidance on how to take forward Van-Line’s initial ideas and drawings and to transform them into a coherent signage scheme. After a site meeting with all parties isGroup produced detailed drawings for client approval.
Once approved and adhering to our BS EN1090 class 2 accreditation, isGroup manufactured three flex face internally illuminated LED signs. One flex face sign was manufactured as an oval like to Van-Line logo measuring at over 4.5m long and almost 2m high and was mounted to the external building fascia.
The other two flex face signs were branded at the Workshop warehouse logo measuring at 11.5m long and 2m high, the signs were finished off using a day and night PVC skin to maximise the visual impact of the signs. To accompany the signs isGroup also supplied a pigeon deterrent to help prolong the appearance of the signs.
Using its significant expertise and network of suppliers, isGroup arranged access equipment to complete the 10m high-level installation. Our installation team is extensively trained SMSTS, SSSTS, PASMA, MEWP, NRWSA and Working at Height certification qualifications, as well as being accredited with CHAS and Safe Contractor and is a Constructionline Gold Member.
