Eastgate Square Chester - Digital Media Wall Installation

As part of the Eastgate Square refresh, IS Group was appointed to supply and install a P2.5 LED media wall, providing a high-impact internal advertising platform capable of supporting multiple campaigns throughout the year.

Screen Specification:

  • LED pixel pitch: P2.5
  • Overall size: 3.25m x 4.75m
  • Application: Internal advertising and promotions
  • Media player: Integrated Android player
  • Software: User-friendly content management system

The screen was designed to deliver high brightness, sharp image quality and excellent viewing angles within a retail environment.

Installation & Technical Delivery

Installation was carefully planned and carried out over several night shifts to avoid disruption to trading hours.

IS Group worked closely with the centre management team to:

  • Confirm final positioning and structural arrangements
  • Coordinate electrical requirements in advance
  • Manage access and safety during out-of-hours works

All installation works, electrical connections, commissioning and handover were completed by IS Group’s qualified installation team, ensuring accountability throughout the process.

Once installed, the screen was fully tested and signed off, with the client receiving onsite guidance and documentation to allow immediate use.

Hardware, Software & Content Control

A key requirement for Eastgate Square was the ability for the centre team to manage their own content without reliance on external agencies.

IS Group supplied the screen complete with:

  • Remote upload and scheduling capability
