isGroup were appointed by Denbighshire County Council to deliver phase one of a new wayfinding strategy, linking Rhyl’s popular coastline with nearby amenities. Our Way2Go range offered a flexible and cost-effective solution.
‘I found isGroup extremely easy to work with and flexible from the outset. From recommending the best products to working with us on finalising locations and manage the installations. We are more than happy with the end results and the quality of the products.’ – Business Development Officer, Denbighshire County Council.
Our team worked closely with environmental designers and project managers, Placemarque. The system we delivered included four double-sided slim monolith signs, three double-sided wide monoliths and two fingerpost signs.
isGroup’s robust aluminium monoliths were customised with 1.5cm deep toughened glass panels displaying reverse applied UV printed graphics and mapping features. The lower aluminium panel showcased subtle yet elegant engraved seaside pictorials. The wider monoliths had high impact, lockable poster case units incorporated to house ‘What’s On?’ information. These are ideal for the area, keeping the public informed of events at the nearby Pavilion and Theatre.
Two aluminium finger posts signs were also installed to direct visitors to and from the main high street.
Following our work, Rhyl’s popular beach front has been enhanced with a new wayfinding system and easily changeable ‘What’s On?’ information.
