isGroup was approached by leading building consultants Jones Lang Lasalle to come up with proposals for the signage at Northwich Retail Park, Cheshire, stating specifically that it needed to be akin to Kingstown Retail Park in Carlisle and several other parks within the same portfolio.
One of the reasons clients use isGroup is that the company offers a consultative role and guidance on signage requirements. This was the case with the Northwich and in addition to the request to upgrade the park’s signage isGroup was asked to review and recommend any other park signage required.
isGroup managed the technical design and structural calculations for the client to ensure that the signage structure was manufactured to BSEN1090-2 standard. This provides reassurance on the quality and structural integrity of the totem signage in an area of high footfall.
isGroup completed a full site survey to explore the groundwork requirements and project managed the signage installation and schedules to ensure Health & Safety remained paramount at all times.
A new 8 metre double sided internally illuminated entrance sign was manufactured from folded and painted aluminium cladding panels. A fret cut shaped header and acrylic backed coloured UV digital print tenant panels completed this imposing structure. At the rear of the estate a complementary single sided post-mounted sign was installed into new concrete footings. To complete the rebrand, 2 new directional signs were introduced around the car park.
Again, the end result is a consistent, smartly themed park and isGroup is delighted to again complete works for another retail park.
