isGroup was appointed to rebrand, manufacture and install a new signage strategy for the Cavendish Shopping Arcade, combining traditional and contemporary styles to complement the architecture of the Grade II listed building.
isGroup’s in-house team of designers created a new modern brand identity and advised on the best sign types for the scheme. The team also completed a Listed Building Advertisement Consent planning application on behalf of the client.
The signage scheme consisted of internal wayfinding signs customised to include display boards and a freestanding display sign located at the main stairwell. The signage improved navigation for the shopping centre and provided historical information for visitors.
The external signage comprised of entrance directory panels and a feature fascia sign situated above the entrance, advertising the Cavendish Shopping Arcade. Solid banners and an illuminated projecting sign was also installed to enhance the branding further.
