Project Data: Mixed use, new build open style
development Retail, residential & underground car parking.
Brief: To design and build a wayfinding scheme
delivering the brand, which combines traditional and contemporary
values complimenting the architectural environment.
Process: Moodboards convey our inspiration for
interpreting the brand and architectural language into product
design - capturing attention to detail, classic tailoring with
highlights of colour, simple rectilinear forms and interlocking
shapes.
The team developed, prototyped, built and installed a scheme
that was fully coordinated. It employed latest technology with
careful attention to detail and was cost effective.
Scope: Pedestrian and vehicular car parking
with supergraphics.
External quality illuminated totem directories with LED
lighting, easy to update digitally printed directories and
permanent silkscreened directional header text.
Bespoke centre maps.
Extended sign family for front and back of house directional, goal
and policy signs.
Residential signs in oak, glass and stainless steel.
Public art consultation study.
Town centre signing review and advisory facilitation report.
Solution: The sign design uMes a classic
palette in keeping with the streetscape, with flashes of colour in
the reveals. A language of simple block shapes, square formats,
slotted and interlocking forms enhanced by attention to detail with
engraved elements, stainless steel fixings and frameless glass.
